ME
I'm not a writer who cooks; I'm a chef who writes. From Australian kitchens to Provence's markets, my menu is full of poetic flavours, heavy with sentiment and too many stories.
Ageing with style and good taste and healing (visible mending) through food is my thing! Take a chair in my kitchen where we'll ponder, explore life's intricate tapestry, and celebrate the profound connection between food and existence.
My kitchen adventures are more than just recipes – they're stories of resilience, growth, and a dash of consciousness.

THE NEW FRUIT SALAD
Jamie Oliver gave us his hands-on approach and his revolutionary peach salad, changing the tables of wooden salad bowl owners globally. There are now many versions of his enthusiasm and his peach salad. Jamie's salad is my mum’s favourite occasion dish. This one with plums has a whole new dimension. And not a burrata to be seen!
Yes, well, tomato is a fruit, cucumber is a fruit, and they have been in salad since there has been salad. So fruit in salad has moved beyond currants and the odd apple in your coleslaw if you are lucky.
Find out how fruit can be the dressing, get the know-how and you will be able to add fruit to nearly anything that is not even dessert.
